Silk Policy
- Hair & Beauty Services ‐ $30.00 deposit is required for all our hair, body, skin services
- Cancellation – we understand that your appointment may need rescheduling but we do require 24hr notice. please understand for no shows or same day cancellations will incur a full loss of deposit. if you change your appointment with 24hr notice before scheduled time, your deposit will be transferred to your next appointment. we certainly don’t mind if you would like to reschedule but please give us enough time to make it possible.
- Spa Etiquette ‐ please arrive at least 10mins before your scheduled appointment to ensure a full treatment session and mobile phones are switched off before entering spa.
- Spray Tans – please remember to loofah before your spray tan. wear loose clothing and bring a pair of thongs.
