Our policy
DEPOSITS
Due to frequent no shows and last minute cancellations, please understand we now require $50 deposits for services over $100.
SPECIAL SERVICES
50% deposits are required for the following services; permanent straightening, keratin smoothing, hair extensions, cosmetic tattooing, facials, massage and wedding bookings. This will guarantee your booking with your preferred time.
ONLINE BOOKINGS
Will be followed up with a confirmation phone call and deposit.
CANCELLATIONS
We understand you may need to cancel but we do require 24hrs notification. Please understand rescheduling an appointment with less than 24hr period is the same as cancelling. Deposits will be credited to your next appointment or refunded if required notice has been given. Deposits will be forfeited if failure of 24 hrs isn't given.
This deposit system ensures professionalism and efficiency securing your booking and allow others to book your cancelled time allocation if you are unable to attend.
SILK ETIQUETTE
For our luxury skin and body services please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to ensure your consultation and full treatment session. Please remember this is our quiet area and we ask that your mobile phones are switched off.
SPRAY TANS
Please remember to loofah before your spray tan, wear loose clothing, and bring a pair of thongs.

Please remember to arrive with clean, makeup free lashes.
